When you tap Account Settings from the main menu in our cinacipit app, you land on a dashboard that organizes all controls into logical categories. At the top, you see your account summary: your display name, email address, account balance, and verification status. Below that sits a menu of settings groups, each collapsible for quick navigation.

The layout is consistent across Android and iOS. On slower connections—common during commutes in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Medan—Account Settings loads fast because we've minimized animations and kept graphics lightweight. You don't wait for the page to fully render before you can start tapping into subsections.

The main sections you'll find on the Account Settings dashboard are Profile, Payment Methods, Security, Notifications, Preferences, and History. Each opens to reveal more granular controls. For example, if you tap Profile, you see fields for your name, email, phone number, and address. If you tap Payment Methods, you see your linked DANA wallet, your e-wallet account, your mobile banking credentials, and any bank accounts you've registered for withdrawal.

We've arranged these settings in the order most players use them. New account holders typically go to Profile first to complete their identity verification, then Payment Methods to add their initial deposit method. Regular players mostly use Payment Methods and History to manage cash flow.

Profile & Identity Verification

Your Profile section contains your personal information and identity verification status. When you create a cinacipit account, we collect your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. These details appear in your Profile tab, and you can edit them at any time—though changing your name may require re-verification depending on our regulatory requirements.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before you can withdraw funds. We ask for a government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, driver's license) and sometimes a proof-of-address document. The verification process happens in-app: you photograph your ID, upload it, and our team reviews it within standard business hours. Once approved, you see a "Verified" badge next to your name, and you're free to withdraw via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your bank account.

Verification timeline: Most KYC reviews complete within one business day. If your ID is blurry or illegible, we'll message you in-app asking for a resubmission. Clear, well-lit photos process fastest.

Editing Your Profile Information

To change your name, email, or phone number, tap the Edit button in your Profile section. A form appears with your current details pre-filled. Update any field, save, and the change applies immediately for non-identity fields (like a new email for notifications). Identity-linked fields (like your full name) may trigger a re-verification request if the change is substantial.

Payment Methods & Deposit/Withdrawal Setup

Your Payment Methods section is where you link wallets and bank accounts. We support e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking for instant or near-subject to verification. For bank transfers, we accept local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking. Each method appears as a card in your Payment Methods list once linked.

To add a payment method, tap Add Payment Method and select your preferred option. For e-wallets like local payment or online payment, you're prompted to authorize us to use your wallet balance for deposits. For banks, you provide your account number and bank code, and we verify it via a test transfer. Once confirmed, that account becomes available for both deposits and withdrawals.

Making a Deposit

Once you've linked a payment method, depositing is straightforward. From the main cinacipit menu or from within Account Settings, tap Deposit. Select your payment method (e.g., mobile banking or your local payment account), enter the amount, and confirm. For e-wallets, you're redirected to authenticate with your wallet app or OTP. For bank transfers, we provide instructions for manual transfer or, in some cases, instant bank linking. Your balance updates in real time once the transaction clears.

Requesting a Withdrawal

Withdrawals work in reverse. From Account Settings, tap Withdrawal (or use the Withdraw option in the main menu), select your destination payment method, enter your amount, and confirm. You must be verified (KYC complete) to process withdrawals. Once you submit, the request enters our queue. Standard processing takes a few hours to a business day depending on the method and time of day.

You can check your withdrawal status in your transaction History. We'll notify you when your request is approved and when funds have been sent to your payment method. Bank transfers and e-wallet transfers may have slightly different processing times—online payment and e-wallet often complete faster than manual bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, though all are subject to your bank's own processing window.

Withdrawal destinations must match your verified identity

For security, withdrawals go only to payment methods registered under your verified name. You cannot withdraw to someone else's bank account or e-wallet.

Security Settings

Your Security section covers password management, two-factor authentication, and login history. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection, especially if you're managing substantial account balances. You can choose SMS-based 2FA or an authenticator app—both methods are supported on cinacipit.

Your login history shows you recent sessions: when you last logged in, from which device (Android, iOS, or browser), and from which general location (city-level, not exact). If you notice an unfamiliar login, we encourage you to change your password immediately and contact our support team.

Password & Recovery Options

You can update your password anytime in the Security section. We require a minimum of 8 characters and recommend mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. You also set recovery email and recovery phone number in case you forget your password—we'll use these to verify your identity before resetting.

Notification Preferences

Our Notifications section lets you control what alerts you receive and how. You can enable or disable push notifications for game outcomes, payment confirmations, promotional offers, and support messages. Some notifications (like payment confirmations) are on by default for security; you can toggle these off, but we encourage keeping them enabled.

During busy seasons—Idul Fitri holidays, Piala AFF tournaments, or peak Liga 1 weeks—you might receive more promotional notifications if you've opted in. The Notifications section lets you fine-tune frequency: receive daily summaries, hourly updates, or real-time alerts depending on your preference.

    Tap Profile, Payment Methods, Security, Notifications, or Preferences to expand that section's controls.

  3. Edit or toggle settings

    Make your change—update an email, add a payment method, or toggle a notification preference—and confirm.

  4. Return to play

    Exit Account Settings and return to the games menu. Your changes take effect immediately.

Game Preferences & Display Settings

Under Preferences, we've grouped settings that affect your gameplay experience. Low-data mode is here—toggle it on if you're playing on a slow connection (common in Bandung, Medan, or Semarang on variable networks). Low-data mode reduces video quality and animation fidelity for live-dealer tables and reduces background graphics for slots, keeping the core gameplay intact while saving bandwidth.

Near the bottom of Account Settings, you'll find links to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. These documents explain how we collect, use, and protect your data. If you wish to close your cinacipit account, Account Settings provides a Delete Account option. Closing your account requires verification and may be subject to final balance withdrawal. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, though we retain records for regulatory purposes for a defined retention period.
